On January 19th, 2017, Guangzhou Shiyuan Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CVTE”) went public on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange SME Board. Its Initial Public Offering share quantity totaled 40.5 million at the price of RMB 19.06 per share (Stock Name: 視源股份; Stock Code: 002841).

According to the announcement, from January 2016 to June 2016, CVTE has accomplished an operation revenue of over RMB 3.38 billion and a net profit of over RMB 323.60 million, together with a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 35.53% and 47.00% during the past three years, showing a clear sign of rapid growth.
